Tewkesbury celebrated Armed Forces Day along with the rest of the nation.  It had started earlier in the week with the Borough Council conducting a formal flag raising ceremony in the council grounds.  The RNA were represented by the President Peter Newman, the RBL by the Branch Secretary Eddie Holmyard and Club Secretary Peter Godwin.  The Worshipful the Mayor Elaine Hancox and Councillor Claire Wright invited the RBL members back for coffee after the flag raising during which we emphasised the work carried out by the Legion.
