Branch Guidance
As part of their continued commitment to providing more information to Northamptonshire branches, the County Office have produced a number of guides.
These guides draw together both policy and guidance included in the Membership Management Handbook, other documents on MAP and best practise gathered from further guidance and explanations provided from Haig House, Membership Engagement Officer and the National Training & Development Team.
The ultimate aim is to combine detailed information from all sources into one document covering the subject.
