Branch Committee Resources:

Agenda and Minutes for Branch General Meeting 

(This is aligned to the Strategy and allowed for all areas of work to be covered and keep members up to date. It is good to share minutes with all members of the Branch using the Membership Lists)

NB. Branch Secretaries should save these documents in the SharePoint using their RBL.Community account to provide continuity and safe storage if information. 

Branch Report for Committee/ General meetings

(Using a report system helps focus meetings and allows time for discussions if they are shared in advance of the meeting)

Branch Committee skills audit

(In helping to identify skills members and prospective members of a Branch Committee have and to be able to encourage members from the Branch to join where knowledge and skills are missing.)

Branch Committee Declaration of Interest

(Good practice includes this being updated annually by members of the Committee. Branch Secretaries should keep this on record)
