On june 16 2026 myself and other members of the branch went on the annual trip to the Royal Arboretum near Birmingham. The Royal Arboretum is an area used to display memorials of many conflicts and regiments that our armed forced have been involved with. In the centre rests a memorial for all service members who lost their lives post ww2. This is a sight to behold and to spend time to read and show respect to our fallen. I was around to experience the annual memorial service of the Royal Army Pay Corps which we was happy to have a member accompany us on the day. We finished the day with a laying of a wreath and a picture of the moment. Please see below some of the pictures I had taken and consider going yourself as it is quite a site to see.
