The annual Remembrance Day Service will take place on Sunday, 8 November 2026, at St Bartholomew’s church followed by a parade through town to the War Memorial on Lacock Road, Corsham.

This Remembrance Service remains an important moment for our community to honour the service and sacrifice of those locally who have defended our freedoms and protected our way of life.

Groups, organisations or individuals, not already identified to me, who wish to participate in the parade and/ or lay a wreath should contact the RBL Branch Chairman.

The General Public are encouraged to attend and witness the event from nominated viewing areas.

For invited guests and RBL Members, there will be a reception, with provided refreshments, at the RBL club on completion.

The RBL Branch committee are always looking for volunteers to help with fundraising or to provide essential skills to run the branch and therefore please contact the Chairman or Secretary for further Information. Contact details on the Branch Information page.

 Please note that;

• There will be various road closures between 0930 and 1200 between the town centre and the war memorial.
• The church and Club are expected to reach capacity so please pre notify your desired attendance.
