RBL Membership Management Handbook

The Membership Management Handbook which has the full set of rules for Counties/Districts and Branches, as well as information on committee elections is available to members at their local branches.
The handbook is available to branches on the membership administration portal, (MAP).

Some branches may have additional rules called Branch Bye-Laws. These are written by the Branch Committee, and must then be sent to the local MSO for the County Committee approval. There is a chapter dedicated to bye-laws in the Membership Handbook.

The membership handbook also contains information on the use of branch funds, including subsidising any functions that are not part of the normal business of the branch, for example to hold a small function to thank volunteer helpers or hold a Christmas dinner event for branch members (which would require raising additional funds specifically for this purpose).

Please note that the Document is 147 Pages long and is amended every 6 months.
