How often do we need to hold meetings.
Every quarter is a minimum number to sign of the accounts.
You need to ensure that the Branch Accounts are accepted and signed and submitted by the 30th September and the MS1 is signed and submitted before the 31st December.

How many Members if the minimum a Branch can have.
4 Is the minimum number. This ensures that you have a Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and one more person. The minimum number of a meeting is a quorum, so you will all need to be present

Can we open or re-open a Branch.
Yes you can. if you have enough people to form a Committee then we would love to hear from you. Please contact your local Area Rep on the Women's Section Central Committee for assistance and our MSO:Women@britishlegion.org.uk
