Every year, the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal brings people across the UK together to honour and support the Armed Forces community. Since its founding in 1921, the red poppy has become a symbol of remembrance and hope - worn by millions to honour those who have served and sacrificed for our country.

The Poppy Appeal is our largest fundraising campaign, running each autumn in the lead-up to Remembrance Sunday. The donations we receive help us provide vital support to serving and ex-serving personnel, and their families - from emergency assistance and rehabilitation to housing and mental health support.
