Sunday 10.11.2024 St Margaret's Church, Buxted at 10am
Cliffe ( Lewes )
Sunday 10th November Remembrance Lewes. Parade forms up in White Lion Lane at 2.15 to march off at 2.30 Proceeding down the High street to the War Memeorial where the service will be held followed by wreath laying. Parade then marches back to White Lion Lane, halting and falling out to attend a short service in the church.
Roads will be closed through Lewes centre between 2pm and 4pm
Monday 11th November Armistice Lewes. Standard bearers form up in St Nichols Lane at 10.30, marching out onto the High street at 10.35.
The Town Council then processes out of the town Hall at 10.40 to take up positions on the North side of the Memorial.
Roads will be closed between 10.15 to 11.15
Ditchling
REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY – 10th NOVEMBER, 2024. The Act of Remembrance Service will take place at Ditchling War Memorial at 11.00 am for the two minutes silence. The Parade will leave from St Margaret’s School and everyone taking part should be outside the school ready to step off no later than 10.20 am.
Remembrance Sunday at Streat Church - please gather at the War Memorial by 10.50 am
Armstice Day – Monday 11th November - there will be a brief service of Remembrance at Ditchling War Memorial starting at 11.00 am

Eastbourne
10th November 2024 Civic Ceremony with dignitaries: a Parade and road closures. Eastbourne War Memorial Service and wreath laying
For the parade veterans cadets etc are asked to rendezvous at 10.15 in the pedestrian area outside the Beacon Center. From there they will march up Cornfield Road to the Memorial and service. Refreshments are available after at the Devonshire Club Hartington Place.
11th November
Community Service and wreath laying held at the memorial in Hampden Park. Those wishing to attend should muster by 10.45am. There is no parade or road closures.

East Grinstead
Sunday 10th November
Town Council arrange a small service at East Court starting at 10 am. Then from 10 am main parading groups muster in the King Street car park next to Atrium.
Road closure from 10.15 am.
Parade starts from Post Office in London road at 10.40 am.
Main service at War Memorial from 11 am. This is led by St Swuthuns church vicar & choir.
Wreaths laid by community groups and names of fallen recited by RBL member John Chisholm.
Parade marches south down High Street turning into Church lane before dismissal in Chequer Mead car park ( De la Warr road ).
Forest Row.
10th November. As in years gone by, we will begin at the War Memorial with the wreath laying at 10.30am, followed by the service in Holy Trinity Church. We look forward to seeing everyone again this year
Heathfield
10th November
The event starts with a church service at All Saints Church, Old Heathfield, this commences at 10:00. The RBL Standard will be present at the service, as will representatives from WDC, H&WPC, Sussex ACF, Heathfield Bonfire Soc. and other local groups. After the service there is a parade from the church to the Cade Street memorial. The parade forms up outside the lych gate by the church at around 10:45. Both the church service and the short service at the war memorial are streamed live by the church (https://www.Heathfieldbenefice.org.uk).
The parade ends the march at the war memorial (included in the road closure) and the church then holds another short service
Following the end of the Heathfield ceremony, the standard then heads swiftly to the Waldron war memorial (we have two memorials within our parish council area). The church congregation exit All Saints Church, Waldron around 12:00
Horsham

The parade will form up at 10:30 in South Avenue, Hurstpierpoint, West Sussex, BN6 9QB, ready to march off at 10:45
There will be an outdoor service for 11:00 at the war memorial next to St Lawrence church, followed by the indoor church service directly afterwards.
Midhurst
Sunday 10th November, we’ll be meeting at the Memorial outside the Parish church at 10:45, following the laying of wreaths there will be a service in the Church, .
We will also have a very short service at the Memorial on Monday the 11th.
Peacehaven
Sunday 10th November
Meet 10.15 At North Coop Carpark. 10 30 Parade Starts road closed by council.
10.45 at Peacehaven War memorial. 11.00 two minutes silence hymns and wreath laying.
Petworth
10th November
parade from the Royal British Legion Club on Rosemary Lane in Petworth, leaving a 2.30 pm, through the town to St Mary's church on Sunday the 10th November for an Act of Remembrance at the War Memorial following immediately after the Remembrance Service at 3 pm. The roads are all closed for a brief period to allow this to happen.

10/11/24 meet at Shoreham community centre pond road at 09.30 for march off at 09.45 to the St Mary's Church for the service. Then march to the war memorial for the wreath laying last post silence and Revelle then form back up and march back to the community centre

Storrington
The Remembrance service at St Mary’s Storrington will be held on 10 November at 15:00.
The Parish Council and youth organisations have a parade through Storrington (14:30 start from the Waitrose bus terminal) which everyone is welcome to attend. Wreath laying, under the direction of the branch chairman will be at 14:55 at the war memorial and the service will start afterwards.
There will be a short service at the Roll of Honour (High Street, Storrington) starting at 10:50 on 11 November. Parish council will manage the road closure for the 2 minute silence. Everyone is welcome.
Wadhurst
10th November 2024,
As in previous years we will Muster for the Parade in front of the Wadhurst CofE Primary School at 1000 hrs; move off from the School to the Garden of Remembrance at 1008 hrs, for the Act of Remembrance at 1015 hrs. Once the Act is complete, those who wish to will move from the Garden of Remembrance to be seated in the Church by 1045 hrs, ready for the Remembrance Service.
