We are pleased to announce that the first course of the year will be held at the Expat Centre, Quesada.

The course we are running on that day will be a mix of the following for the Orihuela Costa & District Branch:

• Membership IT Basics - inc use of Co-Pilot
• How to access Membership Administration Portal (MAP)
• How to access and basic use of Sharepoint
• How to access Outlook and use the RBL Community Email account
• How to access and use Discover (access via personal email and via MAP)
• A look into courses that need to be done (essential - Safeguarding(adults), Data Protection)

All of the above are Spain North bespoke modules that are recommended be completed before moving on to the RBL Branch Management courses (see Discover for details of Branch Management)

The following additional training courses and events will be confirmed as soon as the CTO has the dates and locations.

Should a Branch like to host a course or event, and providing sufficient take-up of numbers the CTO is happy to engage. Other Branches may be invited by District to attend so the location and venue would need to be suitable.
