South-East Region Standard Bearer Competition

Congratulations to Tjark Andrews representing Oxfordshire County in the SE Region Standard Bearer Competition attaining 3rd Place. Apparently only 6 points separated the 1st and 3rd positions. A great result considering Tjark has been County Standard Bearer for a little over a year. Well done Tjark, Oxfordshire and all the Standard Bearer competitors.
