"Harwell Stone" Remembrance Service

On Saturday 08 June  2024 The Oxfordshire County Parade Marshal - Peter Clarke, Oxfordshire County Standard Bearer - Tjark Andrews and the Stanton Harcourt Standard Bearer - Jacqui Graves all took part in the Harwell Stone D-Day Memorial stone in place at the end of the old runway at Harwell, that the 6th Airborne Division in towed Horsa gliders. The Parachute Regimental Association mascot a Shetland Pony called Pegasus.
