Our fundraising team here in Kent is always looking to develop new ideas and initiatives to help raise funds for the Poppy Appeal, and there are often new roles and opportunities arising to support us.  So, if there is currently no suitable role available for you please still register your details with us -  we will then keep your details on file and contact you as soon as an opportunity becomes available to discuss it with you.

Money raised for the Legion's Poppy Appeal is used for safeguarding the welfare, interest and memory of all those who have served in the Armed Forces and their families.  The Legion's new strapline eloquently describes what we do - 'Shoulder to shoulder with all who serve'.  From large national projects like funding £8.5million for the Battleback Centre that will provide adventure training and sporting activity to challenge our injured troops and act as a 'recovery accelerator' for them….to the smaller, more local, support like providing rent deposit for the Kent ex-serviceman suffering from PTSD, who was found living in a tent with his wife - enabling them to reunite with their children and live as a family again.
