Kent Poppy Appeal 2017

The Annual Poppy Appeal has got off to a bang in Kent this year with our usual Civic Launch at Maidstone County Hall in the presence of all the usual Dignitries, Mayors, Councillors etc and this year joined with an amazing young man called Frank Chadwick who has written a poem about Poppies.

We also had our Annual Poppy Lunch at the beautiful Brompton Barracks in their stunning Officers Mess thanks to the current Commandant Brigadier Matt Bazeley

Town Launches have been fantastic this year along with our lovely Knitted Poppy events

Throughout the period we will also be sharing our favourite Poppy Reflections ... conversations with have had with yourselves that have touched us

2017 Looks to be another amazing year ... thanks to you, the amazing General Public of Kent we raised £ 1,737,908.50 in the 2016 Appeal.

Can we make it £ 2 million this year Kent?!?!?!?
