Almonisation within the County
ALMONISATION WITHIN THE COUNTY
Almonisation is the term given to the process whereby welfare grants for individual beneficiaries are paid out by The Royal British Legion. It also aims to ensure that funds raised locally by Branches and Counties can be used to support beneficiaries within that local community to maximum effect.
From February 2022 this section of the website will show historical almonisation data so that Branches within the County will be made aware of grant provisions to beneficiaries in their specific areas. It is hoped that by being made aware of the extent to which welfare support has been provided in their area or district will enable Branch members to feel more directly involved in the process and they will be able to see exactly where the money they worked hard to raise has been disbursed.
