The following is an appeal for ideas from Sandra Fruish MBA MSc (Assistant Director Membership) and Gail Walters (Assistant Director Operations).

Dear Member,

The Legion’s centenary next year will be a milestone for the charity not only because we’ll celebrate everything that has been achieved so far but also because it gives us an opportunity to reflect on our past and prepare for the future.

A lot has changed over the years since the Legion’s formation in 1921 and we want to make sure that we are responsive to our ever-changing environment and to the needs of the people we support.

We’d like to ask for your thoughts and ideas. We want to hear what you think are going to be the biggest challenges for the Legion and for the Armed Forces community in the future. These may include our existing services and services we should provide in the future, how technology will influence the way we operate, how to best engage and communicate with you and the general public, how to address social isolation and more.

Please visit this page https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/thoughtsonourfutureC to complete the form by 21st October 2020 and provide us with your thoughts.

Please share this with your members as we’d like to hear from as many members as possible. Please use the form which is the most efficient way for us to monitor and analyse your suggestions as we’ll be unable to respond to individual emails.

Thank you
