Mr. Stephen Doyle, the Branch Chairman at Minsterworth Branch,  has informed County that their Branch President, Mr. Arthur C Rigby, has sadly died, this week on the 6th August. 

Arthur was a Branch Official for many years, certainly the Branch Vice Chairman in 2002.

The Funeral will take place at Minsterworth Village Church on Tuesday, the 20th. August, 2017,.at 12 midday".
