Delegates & Voting

Each branch can send at least one delegate (more for larger branches). To vote, ensure your branch has submitted:

• Financial accounts by 29 September 2026
• Form MS/1 by 31 December 2026

Lunch & Refreshments

Enjoy a two-course hot lunch for £12 (book by 4 January 2027). Or bring your own!
Tea and coffee will be available all day.
