Spondon Branch Royal British Legion 100 Years Anniversary.
On Saturday 15th May 2021 at 9am the Royal British Legion celebrated the foundation of the Legion. Up and down the country wreaths were laid.
Spondon Branch was no exception. At precisely 9am Chairman Howard Williams accompanied by Membership Secretary Aevar Eythorsson laid a wreath at the Spondon War Memorial and took a quiet moment to remember all those veterans, who were no longer with us and thanked them for their Service.
