A Cascade of Poppies has been placed on the Harbour Wall this morning (31st October) as part of the Poppy Appeal 2022 campaign. The Cascade was made by myself with help from Jan Doherty and netting supplied by South West Play of 3, 78 Strand, Newlyn, Penzance TR18 5HW (01736 360254) free of charge (many thanks)!! Jan, Chris Cass of Mousehole Harbour Commissioners and myself put it up. Many thanks is extended to Stylish Cornish Cottages (01736 761861) for the use of one of their premises to make the cascade and to the Harbour Commissioners, the Mousehole Harbour Lights Committee for allowing the Royal British Legion Mousehole Branch for their assistance in allowing this to happen!
