2018 Warspite Association Remembrance Gathering in Marazion

HMS Warspite was a Queen Elizabeth-class battleship built for the Royal Navy during the early 1910s the Super Dreadnought’s launch was on November 26 1913 .
Her thirty-year career covered both world wars and took her across the Atlantic Ocean, Indian Ocean, Arctic and Pacific Ocean.
After decommission the Warspite refused to go to the breakers scrap yard and ended her days sunning herself on Marazion Beach, Mounts Bay while she was slowly dismantled.
