RNAS Culdrose Open Day
Cornwall County was provided with the opportunity to attend the RNAS Culdrose Open Day, held annually to aid Service leavers with their transition to civilian life.
Representatives of the Legion, Emma Stevenson, Annie Binding and Vicki Bassett were in attendance to offer advice to a number of visitors focussing on the Legion services, in particular Armed Forces Compensation Scheme and War Pensions and interest in joining the Legion Membership.
Further opportunities developed throughout the day with links being made with Cdr Seaking and the Base Warrant Officer, who wished to enquire about the Legion conducting base presentations.
