Our Branch meetings start at 7.00pm on the first Tuesday of every month.
Visitors are truly welcome, and are assured of a local friendly evening.

Due to the boundary changes planned for the end of this year in our area, the shield will have to be placed in the Military section of the Pontypridd Museum for viewing.
Our Branch membership has increased since last year with an increase of ex-service personnel and ladies, and the Chairman has his work cut out on Branch evenings stopping the chattering of dentures and knitting needles. ?

On a sadder note. After a `temporary` 13 years service to the Branch as Treasurer, Ray REES, has handed over the reigns to Christine Roberts. We, as a Branch thank Ray most sincerely for his loyal service and work for the Branch, and likewise wish Christine all the best in her new role. It now leaves Ray plenty of time to `polish up` on his comedy act `doing the raffle` when we run out of tickets ?.

Our Poppy Appeal went very well again this year2013-14, thanks to all who assisted our PAO. Our total was£7,400 which was up on the previous year and this years 2014-15 is up to £8,500, but the figures are not yet complete. Considering we have such a large area to cover with less help from our members that we would wish, our helpers can give themself a big pat on the back for a good job well do.
As it was the the 70th anniversary of Victory in Europe a candle lit ceremony was held at the Ynyshir Cenotaph conducted by our R B L Padre Father Paul Bigmore ,but unfortunately the weather was very unkind and poured with rain .
We are having a church service on Sunday August 16th 2015 to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Victory over Japan ,all are welcome.
