Location & Timings:

2025 Annual General Meeting for the Yeovil & District Branch BR2555, of TRBL will be held in the Committee Room of the "Yeovil Ex Services Social Club" (YESS), Legion Road, Yeovil BA21 3AZ. 01935 42884 on Tuesday 28th October 2025 at 19.00 for a 19.30-45 start. Please arrive from 19.00 onwards to enable a prompt start.

Convening Notice & Election of Officers Proforma Returns:

All branch members opting to receive rbl emails will be sent a  "Convening Notice and Attendance - "Election of Officer Proforma -nomination sheet" with copy being displayed on the RBL Yeovil Notice Board within the Y.E.S.S. Club, Legion Road, Yeovil BA21 3AZ.

Please return your Attendance - Election of Officer Proforma ASAP to the Branch Secretary or Chair.  

Election of Branch Official's:

Should you wish to be considered for the position of a Branch Officer or Committee Member, please convey your details and nomination to the Secretary either via the "Election of Officer Proforma" or email Yeovil.secretary@rbl.community or the Chair swoodrow494834@gmail.com Alternately, complete the nomination sheet displayed on the RBL Yeovil Notice Board within the Y.E.S.S. Club, Legion Road, Yeovil BA21 3AZ.

Agenda & TRBL Membership Card:

Agenda will consist of a General Discussion by the Chair, Annual Reports by Branch Officers and Election of Branch Officers for year 2025/26.

Voting of Official Matter & Branch Officers:

If you intend to vote on official RBL matters? please ensure you are in possession of a current & valid TRBL Yeovil Branch Membership card.

Apologies/Absences:

Please inform the Secretary or Branch Official's if you wish to send your apologies.

Closing Date for Items to be included in the agenda;

Any items for the agenda are to be submitted to the Chair or Secretary at least 7 (seven) days prior to the AGM.

There will be a cut-off time of 5 p.m. Monday 20th October 2025.

Any urgent/late considerations will be retained for discussion/decision at the "Earliest -Next Committee Meeting".
