This week I attended the Poppy Appeal Seminar in Weston Super Mare organised by Paul and Louise, and Paul said
that he was delighted to tell you all that the Somerset Poppy Appeal 2024/2025 has surpassed 1 million pounds.
The collection currently stands at £ 1,010,353.17. This is a record collection for the county, and the highest total for any county in the Southwest.

This is a truly enormous amount for a rural county, and I'd like to thank you all for your hard work, dedication and commitment to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.
