Yeovil RBL Pittards Poppy Trophy 2025

The Yeovil & District Branch of the Royal British Legion will once again be holding its Pittards Poppy Memorial Trophy competition – awarded to the best display to commemorate this year’s Act of Remembrance.     

All schools in and around Yeovil, youth and adult organisations, businesses and individuals are invited to enter the competition.

The competition is open to everyone in the area covered by the Yeovil and district
branch of the RBL - Brympton, Chilthorne Domer, Chilton Cantelo and Ashington,
East Chinnock, Ilchester, Limington, Marston Magna, Mudford, Queen Camel,
Rimpton, Sparkford, Stoke Sub Hamdon, Tintinhull, Yeovil, Yeovil Without and
Yeovilton.

Displays should be themed on Remembrance and can be either in
a garden or window, a shop window or premises, schools or organisation grounds
etc, as long as the display can be viewed and seen by the general public.

With the number of VE & VJ 80th Remembrance Anniversaries this year the standard and number of displays is expected to be even higher.
