As part of the RBL Form MS1 Branch Information Annual Registration process, All registered Branch SB's are required to Submit a signed MS1B (Section 5 MS1) "Annual Branch Standard Bearer/Deputy Standard Bearer Physical Fitness Disclaimer (ensuring they are both physically fit and strong enough to carry a standard in all reasonable weather conditions).
