The Royal British Legion is recognised as the national custodian
of Remembrance.
Remembrance Sunday, the second Sunday in November, is the day
traditionally put aside to remember all those who have given their
lives for the peace and freedom we enjoy today. We shall join with
members of various organisations, ages ranging from 6 to 80+.
The service begins at 2.30 pm.
The parade will march from St Marys' Church to St Saviour's
Church where wreaths will be laid by 20 or so organisations
representing many organisations to lay their wreaths at the War
Memorial.
Officers and men of 29 Company The Royal Logistics Corps will
join with us subject to availability.
