We aim to provide for and include everyone who is a dependant of a forces member or themselves in any need of help. Be they require re-adjustment to civvi street, prosthetics, financial and /or domestic help let alone other issues all of which can be catered for.

If you thought you had gone for a nice cycle ride try this:
These members raised a significant amount of moneys towards the Royal British Legion Welfare Fund and the Poppy Appeal, taking a huge amount of training and there own time in order to achieve such a momentous result and we thank them all.
We are also, just people.
We are not of the ages you may think and a bunch of "Old suited blokes", as widely assumed.
We are a family. Our wives and children are welcome of all ages, mine is 14 years old! We hold social events and assist each other in every way.
Our members have a broad range of skills. Obviously the majority have served Her Majesty. We have ex service personnel, which cover every named and familiar trade or force all of whoms skills are being utilised in a now different fashion assisting others. Some still are serving and we are proud and grateful to each and every one of us regardless of there ethnicity, creed or religion.
Even the cadets joined the Royal British Legion in a debate as featured below followed by a Royal British Legion member from Ghana.
We also have members who have not served of which some sit on our committee so please do contact us and come along.
You will not regret the unknown!
