Kaotic Angels LEMC

“ Due to the collaboration between Stevenage RBL Branch and the Kaotic Angels LEMC we have been able to reach out to many veterans within the town and supply them with meals prepared and supplied by the Kaotic Angels and delivered by us at RBL”

The Kaotic Angels LEMC are a group of serving Military personnel and military Veterans as well as ex emergency service workers (or both) who are also bikers, since the pandemic started in March they have supplied over 31000 throughout Hertfordshire and into north London. The meal ingredients are donated by local businesses and individuals throughout the county and beyond, they are professionally prepared and delivered by the guys in Stevenage. Many of the Kaotic Angels are veterans of conflict in various theatres throughout the world and are able to relate to veterans issues and are on hand for a cup of tea and a chat, the benefit of which is beyond words.

 ROYAL BRITISH LEGION - STEVENAGE BRANCH

We hereby give notice that the Nov 1 2018 AGM Meeting has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and will be re-scheduled.  We will advise you  as soon as possible of the new date.

However we are still holding an ordinary Branch meeting on that date so look forward to seeing you there.

The Annual General Meeting for Stevenage Branch of the Royal British Legion is as follows:

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

This is confirm that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Stevenage Branch of the Royal British Legion will be held in the CIU Club, Old Town, Stevenage, on Thursday 1st November 2018 starting at 7.30pm.

Please find below a nomination form for Branch Officers and Committee Members.  Members should seek agreement to stand for office from the nominee prior to submitting the form.   Where more than one person has been nominated for a position, election at the  AGM will be by ballot.  If the position is unopposed, election will be a show of hands.  Please note that no canvassing is allowed (i.e. no one standing for office, or any person acting on their behalf, may approach voting members to seek their vote). Please do not submit "back to back" nominations, (i.e. that is where  Member A makes a nomination, seonded by Member B.  Then Member B makes a nomination for the same person seconded by Member A).  Nomination forms must be received by the Secretary before Wednesday 24th October 2018. it will not be possible to consider nominations submitted after that date.

Please  note that the AGM Agenda and the Summary of Branch Accounts for 2017-2018 will be posted on the Branch Notice board in Springfield House, High Street, Stevenage Old Town, on 26th October 2018.
