The Garden of Remembrance
Opens Friday 1st November 2024 at 11am
A Garden of Remembrance is set out each year at the Town War Memorial at the beginning of the annual period of Remembrance.
After a short Service of Dedication, led by the Town Mayor and the Honorary Chaplain of the Stamford Royal British Legion, people are invited to place a cross in the Garden of Remembrance in memory of family members and other loved ones who gave their lives in war.
