As Chairman of Stafford Branch RBL may I congratulate all of the Branch who were involved in the delivery of the ANZAC Remembrance Service held yesterday at the Cannock Chase Commonwealth War Grave Cemetery and thank all of the dignitaries, RBL members and many others who attended.

The sun shone on what was a very well attended Service of Remembrance and judging by the many comments of congratulations I received as people left, the Branch were able to provide a very poignant platform for people to conduct their own individual acts of remembrance.

It was a genuine pleasure to organise an event following lost years due to COVID restrictions and I am pleased to report that we are already planning the next ANZAC service on Sunday 23rd April 2023.
