Following on from last year's amazing efforts by Sherborne businesses, with over 50 decorated windows in honour of Remembrance, we invite you to take part again this year. Once again members of the Sherborne Branch of the Royal British Legion will judge the displays to choose a winner. The standard and number of window displays has been increasing each year and we look forward, with great expectation, to a bumper year.

This year's Poppy Appeal starts on Thursday October 26th with a theme of 'Service' and continues through to Remembrance Sunday on November 12th, therefore judging will take place during the morning of Saturday 11th November.

The winner of the Window Display Competition will be presented with the Shield, and runners-up with certificates, on the afternoon of judging or alternatively on the following Monday morning.

You do not have to formally enter this competition, all window displays will be viewed by the team.
