Rugby No 1 Branch Annual General Meeting Convening Notice

All Officers and Members are hereby informed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Rugby No.1 Branch of the Royal British Legion (Branch no 3320) will convene on 20th November 2025 commencing at 19:45 hrs.

It will be held at Rugby Workers Club, Oliver St Rugby

If any member would like to propose any other agenda items they are to do so before 2nd November 2025 in writing to the Chairman [email protected]. Proposing an agenda item does not guarantee it will be included on the agenda.

The following Officers positions will be voted on at this AGM:

 Branch Secretary (term 3 years) (no current nominee)

 Committee Members (term 2 years) (nominee: Simon Palmer)

The following appointments will be made at this AGM:

 Membership Secretary (nominee: Martin Bannister)

If you would like to stand for any of the Officers positions or appointments please complete a Nomination Form and return to either the Chairman or Membership Secretary by 2nd November 2025.
