The unit was affiliated to the Ruddington and District Branch in January 2011 and at their Presentation Evening in March 2011 certificates were exchanged between the Squadron and the Branch.

The Cadets of 2425 (Nottingham Airport)  Squadron Air Training  Corps regularly help with the Poppy Appeal and also support the Launch of the Appeal at the annual Autumn Fair.

Several Cadets have now joined the Royal British Legion and news of Cadet activities is reported at Branch meetings and will be added to our web page.
