On Sunday 29th May 2022, Our new branch standard was dedicated at a superb open air service beside the historic Hillsborough Fort. We were very privileged to have the Bugles, Band, Pipes and Drums of 2nd Battalion Royal Irish Regiment to lead the parade. The standard was blessed bt Rev Sam McVeigh MBE TD , NI RBL chaplain and presented by Gawn Hamilton Esq, Lord Lieutenant for Co Down. Also present were Stephen Martin, Mayor of Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council, Lord Downshire and other dignitaries from the Armed Forces and Royal British Legion
