2025 Liskeard Poppy Cascade

A very satisfactory culmination of a seed of an idea launched last December to produce this end result. And what a result, which we all hope will be much appreciated.
The knitted poppies have come in from all quarters - the Sewing Groups, the Knit and Natter group, the U3A, many individuals who enjoy the activity, and they are still coming in for us to take further next year. The mammoth task from nimble fingers tying on the poppies has been done by many individuals, in the Liskerret Centre to whom we thank hugely, so the end result is a real community spirited project. Huge thanks to the Scout team who were happy to climb ladders for us as well as put up their display again at Webbs. And to Boost House for letting us fly the flag.
