At the April Branch meeting this evening we were delighted to formally present our new RBL Chaplain, Rev Mark Wade, with his Chaplain's stole, and welcome him on board. The handing over was carried out by outgoing Chaplain Kevin Grant who has done an amazing job for many years and who will no doubt still be there to offer support at ceremonial events.
