The Liskeard RBL 2024 Poppy Appeal has started and already has been the recipient of huge generosity on the first day. Whoever says Liskeard doesn't have a heart is misguided.
The Concert in the Public Hall was wonderful with the Liskeard Silver Band and Liskeard Community Choir choosing pieces of music hitting the right notes and pitch for the type of evening it was.
Just beautiful and we do thank them all so much.
The evening looks to have raised over £800 from a virtually full hall making up an appreciative audience and the Branch Committee wish to thank everyone who supported in whatever capacity.
