The Kingsbridge Branch was formed in 1921 and original Branch Premesis was a shed in Baptist Lane in Kingsbridge. Around 1971 the vision and 'drive' of the Committee moved the Branch to premesis off Fore Street. With a bar and entertainment the now formed Club really 'took off' and became an established venue within Kingsbridge.

The Committee then purchased the old Flour mill in Mill Street and re-developed it to form 3 shops, storage area and Garage. Retaining the upper floor to make a new club area.

Further vision by the Committee and good cash receipts enabled the purchase of a cottage in the town for the then Bar Steward and his family. The cottage is now let to a tenant but still the property of the Branch.

In 2011 the club was re-branded as the (RBL) The Mill Club offers a warm welcome  to all visitors and with drinks at a moderate price. The Mill Club being a good advert for a thriving Royal British Legion Branch. Phone 01548 852955 for details.  (see photo gallery and the RBL Mill Club page).
