The Huddersfield Branch of the Royal British Legion had a ball at the Drill Hall on Friday night, 16th September, when they held a games night with the Sea and Air Cadets.

The Mayor and Mayoress, Cllr. Jim Dodds and Carol Dodds, came along and joined in the fun. Mayoress Carol Dodds was a really good sport playing happy hippos and Councillor Dodds 'pinned the moustache on the officer'.

Volley ball and rounders were played with more enthusiasm than skill but everyone enjoyed it.
