The Poppy Appeal in Horndon on the Hill

POPPY APPEAL 2018

In 2018 Horndon on the Hill Branch raised £***** .

On behalf of the RBL we cannot thank all of you enough who have have given so generously and all of those who continue to allow us to place collecting tins in their establishments.

As a branch we would like to especially thank Morrisons, St John's Way, Corringham for their continued support and allowing the branch to have a table in their store and all those who give up their time to man the table.  We would also like to thank the young men and women of 1582 (Stanford le Hope) Squadron, Air Training Corps and Stanford le Hope Detachment, Army Cadet Force who give their time to assist us.

Also the organisers of the WW1 Centenary event in Corringham Town Centre on Saturday 10th November 2018.

Without the support and willingness of people to give, the RBL would not be able to continue to support serviceman and servicewomen and their dependents past, present and future.

If you require any wreaths or would be willing to host a poppy collecting box and tin, please contact our Poppy Appeal Organiser, Mrs M Haynes on mehaynes@sky.com.  If ordering a wreath please give as much notice as possible with a minimum of 3 weeks.  If it is for a specific organisation or group, please let us know, as the RBL has a number of pictorial centres.
