The Royal British Legion is recognised as the national custodian of Remembrance.

Remembrance Sunday, the second Sunday in November, is the day traditionally put aside to remember all those who have given their lives for the peace and freedom we enjoy today.

The Branch in conjunction  with the Parish Council hold a Remembrance Parade & Service. We have the services of the Acceler8 band from Crewe. They have been leading the Parade for over 30 years. The Church service is held in St Lukes church followed by the Wreath laying ceremony in the church yard. All are welcome.
