Cambridge United v Burton Albion 26.10.24

Cambridge United once again supported our Appeal this year and with the help of 104 Air Cadets and a number of United supporting veterans we managed to raise £557.

A Remembrance service was held prior to the game with our Standard Bearer Paul Thorbinson in attendance together with Peter Robinson as bugler. Both team captains laid a wreath before the reciting of the Exhortation, sounding of the Last Post and a minutes silence, observed impeccably by all of the 6,706 who were there.
