VE Day 70th anniversary

Friday 8 May 2015 is the anniversary of VE Day ( Victory in Europe Day ) marking 70 years since the end of the second world war in Europe.

The occasion was commemorated at St. Nicholas Church, Liverpool & in other locations.
Lord Lieutenant of Merseyside Dame Lorna Muirhead DBE & other dignitaries attended the Service. Also our Chairman Ken Ward ( also Standard Bearer ) & Parade Marshall - Michelle Miller are shown in the photographs.
