ALL CHANGE AT FORMBY RBL – At the recent AGM of Formby Branch Royal British Legion, long serving President, C O Goulbourne BEM, handed Presidential Jewel over to Mr Don Morgan, Cyril,85, said “He decided to stand down and hand the role over to a younger person, and it has been a great honour to have served the Branch as President over the past years”, Don said” That he was most honoured to have been chosen to head the Branch and to lead it forward in the years to come”.
