Noel Irwin (Club Secretary in 2010-2011) being presented by the National President Lieutentant General Sir John Kiszely KCB MC, at National Conference in May 2011, with the Club Cup (The Ian Hamilton Cup).   This Cup is awarded to the Club showing the most progressive record during the year from the standpoint of comradeship and good management. 

The Club was awarded £3,559.00 from the Big Lottery Fund in July 2012.   This money was used for Energy Efficient Venues such as:

• Voltage Optimisation.
• Replacement of double doors downstairs.
