To mark the 100th birthday of the RBL, they launched a Rewards and Recognition scheme, where everyone across the RBL was invited to nominate people who deserved to be recognised for their significant contribution to their Branches.
The awards recognise the outstanding actions of individuals in five categories: Service, Collaboration, Passion, Excellence and Valuing People.
Wiltshire was awarded 9 Centenary Awards and of that Devizes awarded 3. That was a great success for our Branch and highlights the valuable work carried out by Devizes. All were fully deserved for their hard work in the Branch.
The Centenary Pin Badges and Certificates went to Jeff Matthews, Dave Hows and Franklin Richmond.
I also have to thank those members who took their time to write the very long and complicated submissions for the awards.
