The Royal British Legion is recognised as the national custodian of Remembrance.

There was a short service and laying of crosses at the garden of remembrance by the main gates to Boniface Church on Saturday 29th October 2022

Remembrance Sunday, the second Sunday in November, is the day traditionally put aside to remember all those who have given their lives for the peace and freedom we enjoy today.

2022 was the eleventh hour of the eleventh month, which fell on Friday 11th. Where we held a 2 minute silence with the standards on parade.

This years remembrance service will be held on Sunday 12th November
