Copythorne & District

Members of the Copythorne History Society are currently engaged in a project that will pay further tribute to the young men of Copythorne who gave their lives for their country in the First and Second World Wars.

The Society intends to produce a book to tell the story of these very brave young men.

Those working on this project are appealing for help.  Acknowledging the fact that families die out and move on, they would like to speak to anyone who is related to or knows of any of the men listed below.

They are hoping to glean information, view documents and, if possible, obtain a photograph of each individual.

If you are able to help the Society in any way please call 02380 812167 or e-mail [email protected] or copythornehistory.blogspot.co.uk

We will remember them.
